* No grass, wood, brick, trash, fluids, deleterious or hazardous materials will be accepted under any conditions. Anyone dumping prohibited materials will be reloaded and charged.

* Loads with excessive dirt, rebar, steel, mesh, oversize material etc. will be charged on a price per load basis.

* Clean material only, 2'x2' in size or smaller to avoid oversize charges.
